STRUCTURE
Crystal batteries use high quality lead plate. The cases are HB, UL 94 Standard for safety of flammability of plastic materials for parts in devices. Other levels can also be provided (V0, V1, V2) in a project basis at extra cost.
- MAINTENANCE
Crystal batteries are maintenance-free with no water-filling or manual costly OPEX intervention. With fast charging capability means the equipment being powered can charge much faster; Crystal Batteries have a 4-6 hours charge time.
- CHEMISTRY
With low internal resistance it has superb charge efficiency >93% and a charge rate x3 times faster that competing batteries. There is no sulphation like other batteries and can be set to 80% DoD and used in a partial state of charge.
- SAFETY
Operating range of -40?C to +65?C and are the best performing lead based battery in extreme environments (heat and cold). There is no cadmium, no antimony and less than < 5% sulfuric acid compared with 70% in VRLA batteries.
